Saints Draft Dodger #4 was a mixed bag of stuff. I tried writing about going to Super Bowl 53 in Atlanta, GA and I was writing Saints Draft Dodger as a sports per zine. I had a breaking point and decided to skip the Super Bowl and just put the part in the zine about Super Bowl 53 Opening Night. I did write about visiting my stepsister and seeing Senior Bowl in Mobile. Jules Bentley wrote about WildKat wrestling Christmas Day Show. Dave Criterion contributed something small about MLB. He stopped writing about MLB as he done in the past few years from a new job and less free time. I had no ideas if this zine would lived on past this issue. Only 5 to 10 people reading the zine each issue can be a bummer. I did have a free classified in the local newspaper paper Antigravity for 1 month. Saints Draft Dodger #4 debut at the last ever New Orleans Comic & Zine Fest. 22 total pages.

Introduction to Saints Draft Dodger #4
Welcome to Saints Draft Dodger #4.5. Zine being #.5 as the other issues of Saints Draft Dodger was because the first issue of #4 had some edits after the first printing of the zine. I finished this zine issue for the last ever New Orleans Zine & Comic Fest that lasted 5 years. I was not happy with the zine the first day of NOCAZ and went home to work on the zine some more until it was okay with me. I went back to NOCAZ the second day with a ready issue. I did write a long 8,000 words about Super Bowl week. I decided to scrapped it for another issue maybe later on for the zine from Senior Bowl article ended up being kind of long. I did print something similar in issue #1 about the Super Bowl in Houston. I did leave in what I wrote about Super Bowl Opening Night. I thought it was important my thoughts on Saints. I did audition for Saints Black and Gold Patrol for 2019 season and I made the roster. I will be writing about being on Saints Black and Gold Patrol in future issues of Saints Draft Dodger.
